Family Room
Spacious with vaulted ceilings, this room looks out through patio doors to the pool deck. Also equipped with cable TV, a DVD player and an assortment of DVDs, books and games, if you have the energy left after those energetic days on the parks.
Formal Dining Area and Living Room
This area feels really spacious with vaulted ceilings, two sofas (one being a sofa bed), cable TV, DVD player and a US Playstation.
The formal dining area seats six comfortably, should you wish to entertain, or for that extra special evening in. The pull of the many restaurants within a short driving distance may prove too strong though.
Having two separate living areas can be a real plus for families sharing, or to avoid the occasional family disagreement over what to watch on TV. With a TV in each, the kids can be left to do their thing, while you do yours.
Kitchen Area
The large kitchen area is between the two living areas, and comes fully equippd with all the equipment that you would expect. A washer and dryer are also available in the garage area.
In addition to the breakfast bar with stools for four people, there is also a further dining table for four people.
Master Bedroom
Large master suite with queen sized bed and cable TV, looking out to pool at the rear. The large en-suite bathroom comes complete with his and her sinks, a large corner bath, separate deep shower area, and separate toilet area. A walk in closet also connects off the en-suite bathroom.
Double En-Suite
The second double room also has the benefit of an en-suite bathroom, a built in wardrobe area and cable TV.
Pool Area
The pool deck can be accessed from the family room and family bathroom. The pool is heatable, and has under water illumination for that late night swim. The pool is no immediately overlooked at the rear as there is a large grassed area to the rear of the property.
Westridge
Westridge is a gated community which provides a Clubhouse with communal pool/fitness centre/lounge. The community is both residential and rental villas.
Surrounding amenities available are golf, fishing, shopping, horse riding, wild life and more.
