Orlando Retreat - Terms and Conditions
ALL RATES ARE FOR A 7 NIGHT STAY AND ARE INCLUSIVE OF ALL STATE TAXES OF 12%, CLEANING PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL AND AFTER DEPARTURE AS WELL AS OUR UTILITY BILLS SUCH AS WATER, ELECTRICITY ETC.
POOL HEATING is at an additional cost of UK £80 OR US $140 and is recommended from September to April (but at your own request).
Reserving Your Required Dates: We require our booking form and deposit of UK £100 or US $170 PER WEEK BOOKED. We do hold dates for 7 days whilst awaiting your details, but if those details are not received within this time then the dates are opened up.
Balance Due: We request that final payment be made at least 8 weeks prior to check-in. If however you book within a few weeks of your departure we would therefore require full payment along with our booking form. An additional security deposit of £100 should be forwarded with your balance, which is refundable after your return.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
You will receive directions prior to your arrival giving details of access details and gate codes etc. You must arrive no earlier than 4pm on your arrival date unless it has been arranged with our caretakers consent. DEPARTURE must be before 11am and our home should be left at the same standard as when you arrived. If however damage is caused during your stay and is not reported then a deduction of the cost will be taken from your SECURITY DEPOSIT.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment can be via transfer to our Bank in Orlando if you reside in the US, or a personal cheque sent to the address below if you reside in the UK:
